- For non-participants: per person per night all-inclusive fee (Breakfast + lunch + dinner + one night hosting) of the Hotel is 220 TL (double room), 330 TL (single room) for adults, 110 TL for children age of 6-12 and free for children age of 0-6. If you attend with an accompanier person, please contact nem2020@klu.edu.tr
- All the guests of NEM2020 will be able to take 15% discount for all extra services.
- Registrtion fee includes, coffee breaks, attendance certificate, abstract e-book and file folder.
- Conference attendance is limited as 3 (three) abstracts. (2 orals + 1 poster, 1 oral + 2 posters or 3 posters)

Note 2: Please check names and account info carefully when you transfer the fees through IBAN. If there is an incorrect info (even a letter in a name), the Bank holds money and does not transfer it to our account.
